Angel Biotechnology (AIM: ABH) is a world class, contract biomanufacturing company offering process development services and pre-GMP and cGMP manufacturing to support biotechnology and pharmaceutical companies worldwide.

With expertise in the manufacture and development of recombinant proteins, cellular therapies and stem cells, antibodies, and viruses, Angel is able to provide development and manufacturing support for production of biologics working from laboratory scale to development of a robust manufacturing process.  These services range from strain development, through near GMP manufacture of the small quantities needed for pre-clinical studies to the high quality, cGMP production needed for clinical trials and beyond.  This is supported by an understanding of the international regulatory requirements for drug development which can be used to guide a client in the formulation of its manufacturing strategy.

We have invested in a highly experienced management team and extremely flexible facilities which allow Angel to provide creative, low cost solutions for our clients. Our flexibility and service offering allow us to capitalize on new technologies and emerging trends within the industry; maximising market penetration.

Angel is managed by a team that has more than 100 years' combined experience in pharmaceutical and biopharmaceutical manufacture, gained in companies such as Glaxo and Serologicals Inc.

Angel operates out of a site at Pentlands Science Park, near Edinburgh.
